Your use of this website just as each cooperation with other persons, hotel or otherwise housing is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these terms of use (the 'Terms') and you agree to use this website in accordance with and subject to these Terms. The Terms as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and HRM Travel Center. If you do not read or accept these Terms, do not use this website and/or please abstains on each type of cooperation. By accessing any part of the HRM Travel Center website, you consent to be bound by these Terms. No partnerships or other contracts are entered between HRM Travel Center and the users of this Web side, other persons, hotel-operators, operators of otherwise housings as well as different trip-organizers. Particular agreements between HRM Travel Center and other persons, hotel-operators, operators of otherwise housings as well as different trip-organizers always need a written legal form.

1.   We facilitate confirmed bookings for certain travel services including accommodation. We do not provide, own or run any travel services ourselves and in particular we do not provide, own or run any accommodation. HRM Travel Center offers on its Web side for hotels, just as other housings the possibility to represent themselves as well as to offer their hotel or otherwise housing to utilization. All hotels, just as other housings which will show on the HRM Travel Center Web side, is even responsible for there represented information and pictures.

2.   You may cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before arrival. Please do so directly with the relevant travel services provider.

3.   DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

4.   In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the travel services provider has the right to charge your credit card for the first night's stay where you have booked accommodation with such service provider, or for the full price of the tour or other non-accommodation travel service in accordance with the travel service provider's terms and conditions.

5.   Every effort is made to ensure the travel services provider processes your bookings correctly.

6.   Your contract is with the travel services provider, not HRM Travel Center. It is the travel services provider's responsibility to provide you with the travel services.

7.   In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that reservation fee you paid.

NO LIABILITY

You should note that HRM Travel Center does not warrant that the information published on this website will be error free and in using this website you acknowledge that the accommodation details and all other information including information relating to travel services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.

All bookings for travel services on this website are made with the travel services provider concerned and not with HRM Travel Center. HRM Travel Center only facilitates the making of reservations with the travel services provider. HRM Travel Center is not a party to the contract between you and the travel services provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.

Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the travel services provider's terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you.

NEITHER HRM Travel Center NOR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR THE MATERIALS OFFERED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, PROFIT OR OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, EVEN IF HRM Travel Center HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

While HRM Travel Center makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the travel services listed are of reasonable standard the listing of any travel services in the website is not and should not be taken as a recommendation from HRM Travel Center or a representation that the travel services will be suitable for the user's purpose.

HRM Travel Center shall in no way be liable to you in the event that the travel services are not suitable for your purpose.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of this website, you undertake to HRM Travel Center that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this website by you and those using your log-in information.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to bookings of travel services made by you through this website.

(1) Making a reservation

On making a reservation, you shall pay a non-refundable deposit (being a fixed percentage -- USUALLY 10% or 15% -- of the total value of your reservation) together with a flat reservation fee (USUALLY USD$2.00 per reservation). You will be responsible to the travel services provider for payment of the balance of the cost of the travel services booked by you together with the payment of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted for with the travel services provider and, where applicable, payment of the travel services provider's service charges and taxes pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied by such travel services provider.

You must use a credit card or debit card to guarantee a reservation. By making a reservation with your credit card or debit card, you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours from your agreed check-in time or that you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in time, you authorize the travel services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount not exceeding one night's charge in the case of accommodation or such amount as may be set out in the service provider's terms and conditions in the case of non-accommodation product. Your non-arrival by the agreed check in time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation

Any amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the travel services provider directly.

In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the travel services provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which the travel services provider should be notified and which may require special facilities.

(2) When a reservation is confirmed

HRM Travel Center will issue the booking confirmation on behalf of the travel services provider for each reservation, but does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charge or taxes charged by the travel services provider.

HRM Travel Center strongly recommends you check and confirm with the travel services provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the travel services provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation.

(3) Cancellations

HRM Travel Center does not accept responsibility for cancellations by you or by the travel services provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made.

HRM Travel Center shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.

NO LIABILITY IN CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

HRM Travel Center makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, HRM Travel Center shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Germany courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website each time you access the website.
