HRM Travel Center Terms, Conditions and Notices.

Your use of this website just as each cooperation with other persons, hotel or otherwise housing is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these terms of use (the 'Terms') and you agree to use this website in accordance with and subject to these Terms. The Terms as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and HRM Travel Center. If you do not read or accept these Terms, do not use this website and/or please abstains on each type of cooperation. By accessing any part of the HRM Travel Center website, you consent to be bound by these Terms. No partnerships or other contracts are entered between HRM Travel Center and the users of this Website, other persons, hotel-operators, operators of otherwise housings as well as different trip-organizers. Particular agreements between HRM Travel Center and other persons, hotel-operators, operators of otherwise housings as well as different trip-organizers always need a written legal form.

1.   We facilitate confirmed bookings for certain travel services including accommodation. We do not provide, own or run any travel services ourselves and in particular we do not provide, own or run any accommodation. HRM Travel Center offers on its Web side for hotels, just as other housings the possibility to represent themselves as well as to offer their hotel or otherwise housing to utilization. All hotels, just as other housings which will show on the HRM Travel Center Web side, is even responsible for there represented information and pictures.

2.   You may cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before arrival. Please do so directly with the relevant travel services provider.

3.   DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

4.   In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the travel services provider has the right to charge your credit card for the first night's stay where you have booked accommodation with such service provider, or for the full price of the tour or other non-accommodation travel service in accordance with the travel service provider's terms and conditions.

5.   Every effort is made to ensure the travel services provider processes your bookings correctly.

6.   Your contract is with the travel services provider, not HRM Travel Center. It is the travel services provider's responsibility to provide you with the travel services.

7.   In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that reservation fee you paid.
